All Hello Web Solutions can take the advantage of 7 days money back guarantee on Shared Hosting Packages if our service does not satisfy their needs and the:-
1. Service is canceled within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its order;
2. Service cancellation is immediate;
3. The support ticket is opened after cancellation is submitted;
4. The invoice was paid by PayPal or Vodafone Cash.
Conditions under which 7 days money-back guarantee does not apply:
1. The Service was terminated due to a violation of the Terms of service.
The 7 days money-back guarantee only applies to Shared Hosting Packages
The 7 days money-back guarantee it does not apply for VPS, Dedicated Servers, domains, certificates, additional IP addresses, licenses, add funds transacitions and other one-time payments.
All refunds are processed within three business days.
